What a bummer I can't post in the jokes section. Technically I could, but I like strange wacky, weird, twisted or jokes you don't get right away. Apparently people don't like those. I did have a joke I recently thought of and was sad I couldn't post. But I thought "hey I have a Neowin blog" lets post it there.

So here we go.

Warwagon I would post if I were you. You don't see me stopping. I'm just surprised Neobond appears to have sided with <snipped> and called you and me "Certain other members". Personally I don't see why people don't get their negative posts removed and warned. But peace to you brother. Yeah I don't get your joke up there.

I would hit it with any of them multiple times though. :)

I miss your posts in there. I don't care if they were bad or not because sometimes, just sometimes you came out with a good one and that made up for it :D

It's the same reason that Synper (I think thats the spelling) got banned.

No, Snyper was funny, but he was a douchebag. Warwagon here unforunately is unfunny and then whines when he's told about it.

Seriously, the prerequisite for a joke is that it's funny. If it's only funny to you, it's not an effective joke. Feel free to keep posting them, but stop whining when people decide that they're unfunny, because they are just that.

See that's the thing though. How do I ever know if my jokes are funny or not? Take the redacted joke I posted, every time I thought of the joke i laughed. That went on for a day or so. Then I thought gotta post that one!

Keep it in the blog, if it gets a good reaction then it could be considered a joke and then post it in the jokes section. A good reaction from Turion doesn't mean its a good responce.

Why should people be warned or have their posts removed because they don't like what they read? Who are you to even suggest that this is the correct course of action? A forum is a place where, regardless of what YOU may think, people have opinions that differ from yours!!

But seriously, the forum clearly states...
Humour is a very...individual thing. What you may find hilarious may be deathly boring for others. Don't be offended, nor flame users should your particular brand of humour differ.

So by that statement, I see no reason for the banning at least your jokes were funnier than some of the stuff I've read there
