Developer Croteam is going back and making new content for a game that itself is a remake of a game released back in 2002. Publisher Devolver Digital has announced that on May 15th, the first person shooter will get a new DLC pack, Legend of the Beast, for the price of $4.99. For that price, owners of the game will get three new single player maps, along with three new survival and three new versus multiplayer maps. Wolfenstein 3D is generally considered to be the first modern first person shooter game. Created by id Software, it was the start of an all new genre that has grown more popular over the years even as the genre itself has evolved. New Dead Space game coming from EA

The Dead Space game franchise took the somewhat tired and old survival horror genre and gave it a breath of fresh air (or rather fresh vacuum, in some cases) by setting the games in deep space. Now Electronic Arts has confirmed that the franchise will get another new entry. Take Two has announced BioShock Infinite will be delayed until February 26, 2013. The game was originally set for an October 16, 2012, release. The company released the following statement: Ken Levine, Creative Director of Irrational Games, stated, “When we announced the release date of BioShock Infinite in March, we felt pretty good about the timing. Since then, we’ve uncovered opportunities to make Infiniteinto something even more extraordinary. It looks like the rumors about Alan Wake’s American Nightmare coming to the PC are indeed true. Developer Remedy has announced that the horror-themed action adventure game that was first released for the Xbox 360 in February will be making its way to a PC hard drive near you on May 22nd. It may be hard to believe for some people, but Diablo III is now less than a week away from its launch on May 15th. Today, the action-RPG’s developers Blizzard has released a new six minute animated short, Diablo III: Wrath. The 2D animated film was created by the Titmouse Studio and directed by Peter Chung, best known for his MTV animated TV series Aeon Flux.
