ASUS ROG Ally Will Have Two Models At Launch For $599 and $699

Asus’s new upcoming handheld gaming PC is creating a lot of buzzes, and with so many leaks and rumors flowing around it, the Steam Deck competitor is just making tech enthusiasts and handheld users more and more hyped, excited, and desperate.
The first time I saw the trailer of ROG Ally, was April 1st, and I did not realize that. I was so excited and hyped I messaged my friend about it, and he said Bro relax, it’s an April Fool it is not real I was like wishing and talking to myself, “I wish this was real” I’m a ROG fanboy, so this was huge for me.
A few days later, bam ASUS came up and stated this thing is, in fact, real and not an April fools day stunt, and then I was like, wish It launches this year, and that too came true as well I was over the moon (I still am btw hahaha).
Asus, a few days ago, stated that the handheld will be released on May 11, which is surprisingly early because ASUS hasn’t really been showing this device in recent days other than in some trailers, but it is coming, and I honestly can’t wait for it.
A guy named SnoopyTech on Twitter (a well-known leaker) leaked that the handheld gaming PC will have two models at launch with two different price tags, and some minor spec changes.
The first and basic model will have an AMD Z1 chip with 256GB of internal storage, which will cost $599, and the second extreme, higher or bigger, whatever you wanna call it, will have an AMD Z1 Extreme chip inside of it with 512GB of storage that is a good amount of storage honestly.
SnoopyTech’s Tweet.
SnoopyTech also wrote that both these models will have 16GB of LPDDR5 Ram and NVMe M.2 SSD as storage, now if you ask me, this monster can play anything that you can even imagine, and I’m honestly really hyped up about it.
