Unreal Engine 5 MMORPG The Chrono Odyssey Gets A Gameplay Trailer

Unreal Engine 5 MMORPG The Chrono Odyssey Gets A Gameplay Trailer Cover

Chrono Odyssey gets a brand new gameplay trailer showcasing the beautiful open world crafted with the power of Unreal Engine 5.

Developed by NPIXEL, a South Korean based company, the game is an MMORPG set in a fantasy world called Setera, with stunning landscapes, breathtaking castles, and enemies you won’t forget about, and all these things are shown in the trailer.

In the trailer, you can also have a glimpse at the combat mechanics and how the gameplay feels like while fighting some of the insanely well-crafted enemies. Not only that, we also learn more about the platforms on which the game will be released.

Chrono Odyssey will be released on the Xbox Series S/X, PlayStation 5, and PC via the Steam platform. You might don’t know, but NPIXEL had previously stated that the Android and iOS versions are also in the works, but now it’s confirmed that it will no longer be coming to iOS and Android devices.

The game looks very promising to me personally due to its unique elements, like the ever-changing world, which will change the world’s weather and environment according to each season with day and night cycles.

The combat system seems to be very interesting; the game lets you pick one of the six distinct classes, mainly named Ranger, Swordsman, Paladin, Sorcerer, Assasin, and Berserker. Along with these, you can also customize your character according to your liking.

Another new element is Chrono, a time and space manipulating force that will help you unfold the storyline, not only that Chrono is also an essential part of combat in this game.

With this power (Chrono), you will be able to rewind events and stop time; the list does not end here you can even explore other timelines and complete challenges that will seem impossible, sounds fun to me.

The game is definitely on top of the list for a lot of us here at NeoGamr; I myself is desperately waiting to get my hands on it. I will try my best to keep you guys updated on the topic, too. That’s all for this one; see you guys in the next one, and do have a look at the trailer.
