Upgrade Your Gameplay with Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Version 2.0.0 – Available Now!

Wave 4 of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 expansion pass is available now for everyone, alongside the latest DLC pack. You need to download the new update first in order to ensure compatibility with the Future Redeemed story scenario.
It isn’t out of the ordinary for Nintendo to release the DLC a day earlier than announced. You’ll need to purchase the Expansion Pass in order to access and play it. Future Redeemed is set right before the events of Xenoblade Chronicles 3, with a mix of both familiar faces and new faces as a brand-new story scenario.
The original story scenario tells an untold tale connecting all the three of the Xenoblade games series. You will play with the new protagonist named as Matthew in a search for his sister, who is missing alongside with the survivors of the city of Swordmarch.
Here you can also see the Nintendo’s official tweet as well and all the official patch notes for the all-new update below:
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where starting a NEW GAME after acquiring swimwear would make the player unable to receive the swimwear.
- In the event that this issue is already affecting your game, updating the title will cause the swimwear to already be acquired.
- Fixed an issue where a character’s status display in battle would remain the same as when interlinked.
Additions to Spec
- Added functionality to receive Expansion Pass Wave 4.
Players can also see the new battle mechanics like Unity Combo as well (where two characters can attack in unison.)
Furthermore, Nintendo also announced that Noah and Mio amiibo are on their way as well but gave no more details on when they are going to release.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and all of its Expansion Pass content are available now for Nintendo Switch worldwide.
